What has the response been like for other G.Z. residents?

One of our clients tells us that even though he advertises in many prominent shooting magazines, the majority of his sales come from people who visited his web site here in the Zone. And he pays a whole pile more money for all of those magazine ads than he does for this web site.
Another client (a holster manufacturer) had a web site in a generic on-line mall for three months and only received a few e-mail inquiries. They decided to take one last chance with the web by having us create a site for them in The Gunfighter Zone because they knew that it attracted the type of customers they were looking for. They never regretted that decision because after only a month in the Zone they were receiving three or four orders each week! At that rate they quickly paid for the cost of their web site.

Having given the above examples it must be mentioned that we can't guarantee any level of response or sales from a web site. After all, the only thing we can provide is a venue where potential clients will be exposed to your product. If your type of product is popular, with good quality, and at a competitive price, you will probably do well with your web site. Even with a product with more of a niche market, if you're going to have a web site of interest to western or shooting folks, The Gunfighter Zone is the place to be.
How much will a web site cost?

If you have us create and host your web site there are three items that will affect the price. First, there will be a cost to create the site. This will depend on the complexity of the site, number of pages, and the number of pictures and graphics that are part of the site. Secondly, there is the cost to host the site. And lastly there is the fee to be listed in The Gunfighter Zone. This listing is the real advantage to being with us, and is included with the hosting fee as a single annual charge.
Each site is different, so feel free to e-mail us for a personal quote. One thing to keep in mind is that our customers have found that when they put more information on-line (more pictures and in-depth descriptions), it has translated into increased sales. Human nature being what it is, most people won't go to the trouble of sending you an e-mail to ask if you have what they're looking for. But if it's right there for them to see, you're half way to making a sale.
What if I want my own domain name?

With normal hosting of your web site in The Gunfighter Zone you will receive a web site address like www.gunfighter.com/yourcompany/. If you want your own domain name (www.yourcompany.com) you can organize hosting with a company of your choice, or we can help by putting you in touch with the company that we use. The company that we use has a package that includes domain registration and web site hosting for about $37/year.
How do I get started in the Zone?

Getting started is very easy. You can get the ball rolling by sending us an e-mail at WebServices@gunfighter.com. Let us know who you are, what sort of product you have, and what your thoughts are for your web site. Don't worry if you don't have a clue what your site should look like. Most of the current residents of The Gunfighter Zone didn't either. They simply sent brochures, pictures, product write-ups, or anything else they already had on-hand regarding their product. We used that information to create a web site that would maximize their web sales potential. A few did have ideas on how their site should look, and we worked together to bring those ideas to life.
