Equesterian/Course Speed Timers
The next three pictures show the Speed Timer in use for timing slalom runs by skateboarders. Octane Sports in the UK has been using the Large Display & Beam System with a 2nd Beam Unit and Y-connector cables to allow the timing to begin at the start of the slalom run, then stop the clock at the end of the run. These pictures were taken at Brighton, and Hyde Park in London.

In this picture you can see that the display starts showing the
elapsed time as soon as the skateboarder breaks the beam.

This picture shows Bertrand Caron and his horse Yakxie during a Mounted Shooting demonstration in the Dalton's Village in Weedon, Quebec. Bertrand and his club use the equestrian/course timer system.
